Badreddine EL KASMI

Badreddine EL KASMI has extensive experience in quality management and engineering across multiple companies. Starting as Ingénieur Qualité at Lear Automotive from May 2007 to May 2009, Badreddine ensured product quality through effective action plans, particularly for the Swedish customer SAAB. Subsequently, Badreddine held positions as Quality Manager at Faurecia and CIE Automotive, where responsibilities included overseeing quality management systems and achieving ISO TS16949 certification. Additional roles include External Consultant for Tubacex Awaji Stainless and Planning and Procurement Manager at LUMAR SARL. Currently serving as Quality Manager in a confidential organization since March 2021, Badreddine's education includes a specialized diploma in Quality Management and accreditation as an Auditor for VDA 6.3 processes.
