Joy H.

Joy H. is a strategic HR leader with extensive experience in employee lifecycle management, including their current role in Human Resources and Talent Management since 2010. Previously, Joy served as an Admissions Counselor at Education Affiliates from 2008 to 2012 and worked as a Mental Health Social Worker from 2007 to 2016. Joy holds a Master’s degree from Capella University and has completed a post-graduate program, along with a degree in Social Work from Virginia Union University. Recently, Joy has pursued studies in Paralegal Studies at the University of Richmond and is currently engaged in a Clinical Medical Assistant pre-certification program. Joy is also a member of the Virginia Government Employees Association (VGEA).
