Novinda Riski

Novinda Riski has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years in various roles related to organization development, talent management, and human resources. Novinda is currently working as an Organization and People Development Manager at Kompas.com since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as an OD Lead at PT. Panca Amara Utama from December 2021 to December 2022. From October 2021 to January 2022, Novinda held the position of HR Ops & GA Assistant Manager at SIRCLO, a subsidiary of Orami. Novinda then progressed to the role of Manager of Training and Development at Orami/SIRCLO Group from September 2020 to October 2021. Before joining Orami, Novinda worked at PT Sumberdaya Sewatama, where they held the positions of HRGA & QSHE Manager from January 2019 to July 2020 and Organization Development & Talent Management Specialist from July 2017 to December 2018. Novinda initially started their career as a People Development Officer (ODTM) at Kompas.com from January 2012 to May 2013. Novinda also has experience as an Organization Development Specialist at PT. Kaltim Prima Coal from May 2013 to June 2017.

Novinda Riski earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2006 to 2010. Novinda has also obtained additional certifications including being a Certified Human Resources Manager from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi in October 2020 and being CQI & IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 from BSI Training Academy in September 2019.
