Mara Koval

Mara Koval is currently serving as the Senior Product Manager, Chief of Staff, and People Operations & Customer Success Lead at Coursedog since November 2019. Prior to this, Mara worked as a Consultant at FW Cook from July 2019 to November 2019, where Mara analyzed executive compensation data and delivered presentations to help clients make informed decisions. Additionally, Mara gained experience as a Talent Advisor Intern at IBM from May 2017 to August 2017, where Mara developed tools for leadership development and promoted diversity in the workplace. Mara holds a BA in Psychology and Business Management, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Columbia University in 2019.
