Akanksha Kapoor

Akanksha Kapoor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and government partnerships within the technology and innovation sectors. Currently serving as the Government Partnerships Director for EMEA at Coursera, Akanksha focuses on transforming and upskilling governments and organizations for the 4th Industrial Revolution. Prior roles at Coursera include Head of Customer Success for APAC and Regional Manager for Coursera for Campus. Akanksha has also held leadership positions at Uber and contributed to the Startup India initiative at Invest India. As a co-founder of OyeHelp.com, Akanksha developed health-tech solutions for tele-consultations and patient management. Educational qualifications include a Technopreneurship Innovation Program from Stanford University and an MSc. from Nanyang Technological University.
