Emma's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Newcastle University and studies in Business and Economics at Universitat de Barcelona. An enriching eight-month travel experience in South America enhanced Emma’s communication skills and cross-cultural understanding.

We are London’s first social enterprise solely focused on developing talent within the speciality coffee industry, providing coffee training to the highest standards. We link local people to local specialty coffee jobs and provide ongoing professional development for all our Graduates. Working with over 120 employers we provide work placements for our trainees and amazing new talent for the coffee industry.
