Caitlin O'Leary

Caitlin O'Leary is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and strategy, currently serving as Chief of Staff at Coursera since March 2024. Prior to this role, Caitlin held various senior positions at obé Fitness from April 2018 to April 2024, culminating in the role of SVP Operations & Strategy. Additionally, Caitlin was a founding member of the CoS Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners from May 2021 to April 2024. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Buyer and Head of Operations at Hamlet Home and progressing through various buyer roles at One Kings Lane. Caitlin holds a BBA in Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business and has also studied at the University of Oxford.
