Khushboo Kumar

Khushboo Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management and technical sales. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Coursera since July 2022, Khushboo oversees a portfolio valued at USD 6 million across India and the Asia Pacific region, focusing on strategic relationships with higher educational institutions and driving customer renewal and engagement. Prior to Coursera, Khushboo held multiple roles at Bayzat from April 2018 to July 2022, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Pod Leader, where responsibilities included mentoring junior staff and managing a diverse client lifecycle.
