Lea Crawford is an experienced leader in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Head of Account Management for Customer Success at Coursera since February 2020. In this role, Lea focuses on building Coursera's Global Customer Success practice, managing a global team and portfolio of SMB accounts to enhance clients' learning and development outcomes.
