Norma Mendoza currently serves as the Volunteer Recruitment and DEIB Manager at Court Appointed Special Advocates of Orange County (CASA OC) since June 2019, having previously held various positions including Diversity Recruitment Coordinator and Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator.
