Kayla Brodman serves as the Chief Experience Officer at CourtAvenue, where leadership is provided in the human-centered Experience Strategy practice, leveraging data to create meaningful customer experiences. Prior to this role, Kayla was the Head of Experience Strategy at OCLC, guiding a cross-functional product design team to enhance product experiences for member institutions. Experience includes positions at VML as Associate Director of Experience Design and at Rockfish as Lead Experience Strategist, both focusing on innovative solutions to improve customer interactions. Additional experience encompasses roles at Red212 and Northlich, contributing to digital strategy and design. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Christendom College, Kayla holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising and Graphic Design from Columbus College of Art & Design.
