Ruthie Baer has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Ruthie currently holds the position of Director of Client Operations at CourtAvenue since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Technical Director of PMO at the same company from January 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining CourtAvenue, Ruthie held the position of Director of Project Management at 85SIXTY from August 2018 to January 2022. Ruthie also worked as a Senior Producer at Mirum Agency from December 2015 to July 2018.

Ruthie Baer received their Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, specializing in Art with a focus on Semiotics - Modern Culture and Media. Ruthie attended Brown University from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, Ruthie Baer studied at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they pursued Chemical Engineering and Graphic Design. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained several certifications, including Google Analytics for Beginners from Google, CPR & AED from the American Heart Association, and Wilderness/Remote Location First Aid from NOLS Wilderness Medicine.
