Brittany Gibbs

Brittany G. has a wealth of work experience. From 2008 to 2017, they held various roles at different companies. Brittany began their career at Bath & Body Works in 2008 as a Key Holder, where they were responsible for managing associates, merchandising, operations and inventory. In 2011, they moved to American Eagle Outfitters as an Assistant Store Manager, managing up to 20 employees on the sales floor and in behind the scene operations. From 2012 to 2014, they held temporary and nanny roles. From 2014 to 2017, they held roles at Fibertec Environmental Services, McCarthy Metal Roofing, MESSA, Team Beachbody, and Smith.ai. At Smith.ai, they were the Head of Client Operations, Group Manager of Client Operations, Senior Manager of Client Success, Manager, Support Team, and Virtual Receptionist. Her overall goal was to ensure an amazing experience for their clients each and every day.
