Rosilyn Houston

Rosilyn Houston is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the banking and human resources sectors. Currently, Rosilyn serves as a Board Member at Courtroom Sciences Inc. and has recently held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Executive Vice President at Santander Bank, N.A. from August 2021 to December 2023. Previously, Rosilyn served as Chief Talent and Culture Officer at BBVA in the USA, where significant responsibilities included talent recruitment, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
