David Cullagh

David Cullagh has extensive experience in public service, currently serving in management roles at the Courts Service since July 2014, including positions as Assistant Principal and Higher Executive Officer. Previous positions include Design Principles Action Plan Manager at the Department of Public Expenditure NDP Delivery & Reform from August 2022 to March 2023, and a Civil Servant at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment from February 2001 to July 2014. David is pursuing a Professional Diploma in Public Sector Innovation at the Institute of Public Administration, building on a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Dublin Business School. Additional academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services and coursework from various educational institutions, including Technological University of the Shannon and Setanta College.
