Emer Gillen

Emer Gillen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as Legal Research Manager at the Courts Service since July 2019, Emer previously held positions as a Seminarist at Trinity College Dublin and as a Barrister at The Pensions Authority. Additional roles include Judicial Researcher and Paralegal at the Courts Service and Arthur Cox, respectively, and Legal Researcher at Ciarán Toland S.C. Education includes a Master of Laws in Public International Law from the University of London, a Barrister-at-Law qualification from The Honorable Society of King's Inns, and a Bachelor's Degree in Law and French from Trinity College Dublin, complemented by an Erasmus program in French Law at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University. Emer also holds diplomas in music from Victoria College of Music & Drama.
