Ethan J. Duggan currently serves as a Circuit Court Judicial Assistant at Courts Service, beginning January 2024, providing support to a judge in judicial functions, research, and administration. Prior to this role, Ethan was a member of Beta Alpha Psi - Theta Alpha Chapter from September 2023 to March 2024, an honor organization for financial information students and professionals. Previous positions include bartender roles at Royal Irish Yacht Club, Maison Moli, and Wildes Bar, alongside serving as an Events Associate at George Mason University and as a European Union Careers Ambassador with EU Careers by EPSO. Ethan is pursuing a Master’s degree in Global Commerce: Finance, Investment, and Trade at George Mason University, having obtained a Bachelor's degree in Joint Honors: Politics and Law from Dublin City University.

The Courts Service was established as an independent corporate organisation on 9th November, 1999 following the enactment of the Courts Service Act, 1998. We employ around 1,000 staff in 40 locations nationwide. Our functions are: -to manage the courts -to provide support services for the judges -to provide information on the courts system to the public -to provide, manage and maintain court buildings -to provide facilities for users of the courts.
