James Gaffney is an experienced professional in the fields of education and public service, currently serving as a Higher Executive Officer at the Courts Service since September 2017. Prior to this role, James founded English Week Limited, where James directed immersive English language courses tailored to participants' needs. With extensive experience as an English language teacher and academic coordinator across various institutions, James has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills in educational settings. Additionally, James has a solid academic background, holding multiple degrees including a Master's in Public Policy from Dublin City University and a Law degree from the University of Limerick.
