Michael Reynolds is a professional with a diverse background in clerical work and genealogy services. Currently serving as a Clerical Officer at the Courts Service since July 2023, Michael is also the Founder of Past-Links Genealogy Services, which focuses on assisting clients with ancestral research and family tree creation, noted for outstanding response times. Previous roles include Sales Assistant at Homesavers and various positions at the University of Limerick, where responsibilities ranged from accommodation assistance to guiding international students. Michael holds a Master’s degree in the History of the Family from the University of Limerick, along with a Bachelor's degree in History, Politics, Sociology, and Social Studies. Additional academic experience includes participation in the Erasmus Exchange Programme at Keele University.

Courts Service
The Courts Service was established as an independent corporate organisation on 9th November, 1999 following the enactment of the Courts Service Act, 1998. We employ around 1,000 staff in 40 locations nationwide. Our functions are: -to manage the courts -to provide support services for the judges -to provide information on the courts system to the public -to provide, manage and maintain court buildings -to provide facilities for users of the courts.
