Michael D. has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Michael started their career at The Point Resort as a Fine Dining Server and Guest Relations from May 2004 to January 2007. Michael then joined Gaylord Entertainment as an Assistant General Manager/F&B from January 2007 to July 2010.
In 2010, Michael joined Walt Disney World as a General Manager/F&B and stayed there until September 2011. Michael then moved to Marriott International and worked as a General Manager/F&B from June 2011 to February 2014.

Michael then transitioned to Coury Hospitality where they served as the Corporate Director Food and Beverage from November 2020 to October 2021. Currently, Michael holds the position of Vice President Food and Beverage at Coury Hospitality, starting from October 2021.
Michael D. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Paul Smith's College. Michael attended this college from 2002 to 2006. In 2007, they enrolled in The Culinary Institute of America to pursue Professional Wine Studies, ultimately earning a certification as a Wine Professional.
