Mitch Johnson

Mitch Johnson has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and food service industry. Mitch started their career in 1986 at Colters Bbq as the Vice President Of Operations, where they served for almost 20 years. In 2007, they became the Proprietor of Cantina Laredo, where they effectively managed daily operations and implemented strategies to increase profits. Mitch then worked as the General Manager of Food Service at McKesson for a few months in 2020. Currently, Mitch holds the position of Director Of Operations at Coury Hospitality, starting in November 2020.

Mitch Johnson attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1980 to 1986, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations. Although they completed some college coursework during this period, their educational pursuits beyond this timeframe are unknown.
