Mitch Johnson has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and food service industry. Mitch started their career in 1986 at Colters Bbq as the Vice President Of Operations, where they served for almost 20 years. In 2007, they became the Proprietor of Cantina Laredo, where they effectively managed daily operations and implemented strategies to increase profits. Mitch then worked as the General Manager of Food Service at McKesson for a few months in 2020.
