Grant Wood

Grant Wood is an experienced implementation and project manager with a robust background in leading business transformation initiatives and managing operational risks within financial services. Currently serving as an Implementation Manager at Coutts since December 2022, Grant previously held roles such as Project Manager at the UK Ministry of Defence and Business Project Manager at RBS, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-year transformation programs and managing offshore teams for high-profile projects. Grant’s career began at RBS in 1996, progressing through various positions including Business Change Manager and Payments Control Manager, combining strong analytical skills with effective project planning and execution. Grant holds a Bachelor of Technology in Business Studies from the University of Derby and a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance from Harrogate College of Arts and Technology.
