Brynn van Orden

Brynn Van Orden is an accomplished HR professional with a strong background in human resources information systems (HRIS) and people operations. Currently serving as the HRIS Team Lead - Training at Rippling since August 2023, Brynn has previously held positions such as Senior HRIS Support Specialist and HRIS Support Specialist, earning the Rockstar Award in 2023. Prior experience includes a People Operations Intern role at Twilio, where Brynn contributed to enhancing onboarding and performance programs while mastering Workday and Greenhouse HRIS systems. Additional roles include Human Resources Director at the Florida Financial Management Association, Teaching Assistant at the University of Florida, and various mentorship and leadership positions, all contributing to a well-rounded skill set in business administration and human resources.
