Jessica Marrades

Jessica Marrades is an experienced Ingenieur d'exploitation at COVAGE since November 2018, responsible for ensuring production timelines, producing performance indicators, and coordinating operations with technical and operational managers. With a strong background in network configuration and client communication, Jessica has overseen logistical aspects of equipment and supported network operations as needed. Prior to COVAGE, Jessica held telecom support roles at JALB-IT for SFR and TDF, where responsibilities included incident tracking and technician support. Jessica's earlier experience includes engineering and administration for Alcatel-Lucent, focusing on service orders and network migrations. Educational qualifications include specialized training in SDH technology from Alcatel-Lucent University in 2011.
