Nathan Jullia

Nathan Jullia is a professional with extensive experience in project management and digital infrastructure consulting. Currently serving as the Responsable des projets transverses at COVAGE since April 2024, Nathan oversees development initiatives, manages legal and economic relationships within the group, and leads the deployment of new offerings. Prior experience includes a role as Directeur de projets Pôle Public at TACTIS, where Nathan advised local authorities on digital infrastructure and managed operational follow-ups on public networks. Additionally, Nathan has served as a consultant for public policy evaluation at the Syndicat mixte Ardèche Drôme Numérique. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Industries de Réseau et Economie Numérique from Télécom Paris and a Master in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Lyon, among other academic credentials.
