Sophie Tergemina

Sophie TERGEMINA is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent development and recruitment strategy. Currently serving as Directrice des ressources humaines at COVAGE since June 2023, Sophie previously held the same title at The Other Store - The OZ from January 2016 to October 2022, where responsibilities included talent identification and employer branding. Prior experience at Carglass® France from February 2005 to October 2015 encompassed roles such as Responsable recrutement et développement des compétences, where Sophie focused on recruitment policies, employee development, and ensuring ethical practices in recruitment. Sophie holds a Master 2 (M2) in Management des compétences from ESMA and a Maîtrise in Droit social from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
