Erica Shaw has been in the workforce since 2009, when they began working as an Analytical Chemist for philosophy. In 2017, they joined CoValence Laboratories as the Compliance Manager, and later became the Compliance Representative II.
Erica Shaw began their educational journey at Cerro Coso Community College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Administration of Justice between 2003 and 2006. Erica then attended Northern Arizona University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry with emphasis in pre-forensic science and criminalistics between 2006 and 2009.
