Mandy Björkland Galaxia's work experience includes senior customer success manager and customer success manager roles at Covalent from August 2020 to the present. Following this, from 2008 to 2011, Mandy studied at Palm Beach State Honors College and earned an Associate's Degree in Pre-Engineering.

Continuing their education, Mandy attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2011 to 2014, completing their Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Physics. Mandy then pursued further studies at the same university from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Engineering Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Mandy also earned a Green Belt certification from GE Aviation in October 2017.
