Jeffrey Mandel has been involved in the financial service, real-estate, high-tech, communications, healthcare and retail industries throughout his 30 plus year career. He progressed through a number of senior positions at various firms in the Canadian securities industry and operates a corporate finance consultancy. He has served as Executive Chairman, Chairman, CEO, CFO, Lead Director and Independent Special Committee Chairman for several publicly listed companies and as a board member for several private companies and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Mandel has broad experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and investor relationship management, and has identified and executed various commercialization and value creation strategies for companies. He has also led turn-around activities as well as privatization initiatives for public companies (Toronto Stock Exchange, Toronto Venture Exchange), which generated positive shareholder outcomes.
