Irene Koss

Irene Koss, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data operations and business intelligence. Currently serving as Director of Data Operations at Reworld Waste since January 2021, Irene leads multiple teams focused on reporting, data platforms, stewardship, and governance. Prior to this role, Irene spent over two decades at AIG where the position as Director of Business Intelligence involved leading a global team and transitioning to modern, web-based big data solutions. Other notable roles at AIG included Consumer IT Program Manager and Project/Program Manager, showcasing a strong track record in program analytics, project management, and the development of data strategies. Irene's earlier experience includes work as a Senior Programmer Analyst and a consultant at Dreyfus. Irene holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
