Paul Hickman

Paul Hickman has extensive experience in facilities operations and management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities Operations for the Birmingham Data Center and Corporate division at Community Health Systems since September 2014, Paul previously held roles such as Regional Engineer at Asurion and Senior Manager of Critical Systems. Prior positions include Director of Facilities Management and Safety Officer at Hendersonville Medical Center, as well as Director of Plant Operations and Safety Officer at Horizon Medical Center. Paul began a career in biomedical engineering with roles at Horizon Medical Center and Good Lark Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University, an Associate of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Calhoun Community College, and a certification in Biomedical Technology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
