Michael Mazzolla, P.E. has extensive experience in the field of engineering. Michael began their career as a Sales Engineer at Cimmaron International in 2003, working there until 2005. Michael then joined PSEG as a Performance Test Engineer from 2005 to 2007. Following this, Mazzolla worked at Foster Wheeler as a Performance Engineer for over seven years, focusing on analysis, design, and retrofit projects for power plant boilers and auxiliary equipment. In 2014, they joined ENERActive Solutions as a Performance Engineer for a brief period before moving on to their current role at Covanta as a Principal Process Engineer. At Covanta, Mazzolla is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of waste-to-energy facilities, developing combustion control logic, and working with operators to ensure environmental compliance.

Michael Mazzolla, P.E. holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Prior to this, they also completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a Power Generation Certificate from Stevens Institute of Technology in January 2010. Michael Mazzolla is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey.
