Michele Streitmatter

Michele Streitmatter, SPHR, currently serves as Operating Partner/Operating Executive at Cove Hill Partners since July 2023, focusing on building consumer and technology companies. Previously, Streitmatter was the Chief People and Organizational Effectiveness Officer at Root Inc., where responsibilities included infrastructure development and organizational repositioning. At Greenway Health, Streitmatter held the role of Chief Organizational Transformation and Chief People Officer, leading people strategy and organizational transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes executive HR leadership roles at GE Digital and GE Aviation, where strategic HR initiatives spanned multiple locations and business units. Streitmatter also served as President and CEO of Strategy to Action Associates Inc., providing consulting in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Earlier career highlights include senior HR positions at GE Financial Services, Genworth, and American Express.
