Lillie Delgado

Lillie Delgado currently serves as the Sr. Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer at IDEA Public Schools, providing essential support to the COO and Operations Vice Presidents since December 2021. Prior to this role, Lillie worked at Weslaco EDC from October 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included directing Economic Development Programs as the Digital Communications Manager, overseeing community quality initiatives as the Quality of Life Manager, and serving as the Economic Development Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a position as a Data Entry Clerk at D.M. Sauceda Middle School and roles in customer service at Aramark. Lillie holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and an Associate's degree in Elementary Education from South Texas College.
