Theo Beack is a Managing Director & Operating Partner at Cove Hill Partners. Theo has also served as Board Advisor and Acting SVP, Engineering & Product Operations at JAGGAER from January 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, Theo served as Board Advisor at National Seating & Mobility from November 2019 to March 2021 and Board Advisor at Bioclinica from June 2019 to March 2021. Theo Beack served as EVP, Products and Engineering at Apptio from January 2018 to December 2018. Prior to that, Theo took a sabbatical from May 2017 to December 2017. Theo has also served as Board Member at TriTech Software Systems from May 2016 to June 2018 and Advisory Board Member at Skytap from June 2015 to December 2018. Theo Beack served as Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at Vertafore from September 2011 to May 2017.

Theo Beack has a National Diploma (Equivalent to Bachelor of Science) in Computer Science from Tshwane University of Technology and a National Higher Diploma in Computer Science from Tshwane University of Technology.
