Jamie T

Jamie T is currently the CIO at Cove Insurance. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Solution Analyst/Project Manager at the Earthquake Commission (EQC) from December 2011 to July 2018. They were the IT lead for numerous major projects with duties that included requirement elicitation, process improvement, analysis and solution options, design/project documentation, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement. They designed and implemented a range of successful solutions, particularly with Guidewire ClaimCenter. Before EQC, Jamie T worked as Lead Process Analyst on the 2 year IT transition programme at RACQ from January 2007 to December 2011. They were responsible for developing as-is and to-be functions/processes, implementing a process framework for a newly established IT function (80+ Applications), designing and documenting business processes and associated Guidewire system flows, and leading process improvement workshops and documenting to-be processes. Their primary duties included process documentation, ClaimCenter solutions, process improvement, and stakeholder management.

Jamie T attended Griffith University, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General. Jamie is currently certified as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysis.
