Thomas Neckel is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in technology and financial infrastructure. As Co-founder and CEO of Fragment since April 2021, Thomas leads the development of a database for financial transactions. From May 2017, Thomas has also served as CEO and Co-Founder of Cove.io, which specializes in infrastructure for micro-fund operations. Previously, Thomas was the CEO of SCUID, overseeing its acquisition by CA in 2014, and held various leadership roles at Identropy Inc. and Oracle, including Head of SCUID and Client Development. Early career achievements include serving as an Account Manager at Oblix, where Thomas entered the identity management sector, and holding the position of Director of Knowledge Solutions at Net Perceptions, recognized as salesperson of the year in 1998 and 2000. Thomas Neckel earned a BA in Political Science from Miami University, completing the degree in 1995.
