Sebastian L. is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at cove since March 2020, Sebastian has a strong passion for creating engineering teams and software platforms that foster innovation. Previous roles include Software Engineering Manager and Agile Coach at Square Root, Inc., where Sebastian successfully managed and mentored multiple teams, and Lead Engineer at Square Root, Inc. Sebastian's background also includes significant contributions as a Scrum Master at Finitiv, Software Engineer at Daimler FleetBoard GmbH, and Data Mining Consultant at RapidMiner. Sebastian holds a Diplom-Informatiker degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Dortmund and has completed an academic study abroad program at the Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon.
