Albertus Christian

Albertus Christian is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR operations. Currently serving as the Regional Recruitment & HR Ops Manager at Cove since October 2021, Albertus oversees recruitment efforts for a rapidly expanding flexible home rental platform in Southeast Asia. Prior to Cove, Albertus held key roles in notable organizations such as JTI as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Associate, Talent Hunts Indonesia as an Executive Recruitment Consultant, and British American Tobacco as an HRBP Regional for Sulawesi, where responsibilities included talent analysis and insight generation. Previous experience also encompasses positions at CMA CGM as a Human Resources Officer and an internship at the Central Bank of Indonesia focused on culture and organizational development. Albertus holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
