Citra Rufina Praditha has a diverse work experience in marketing and product development. Citra Rufina currently holds the position of Marketing Manager at Cove since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at FTF International AG as part of their Master's degree capstone project, where they initiated, designed, and validated a facial recognition system for revenue optimization in the restaurant industry. Citra Rufina was employed at Shopee from September 2018 to August 2020, where they played a key role in conceptualizing and executing e-commerce marketing campaigns for direct-to-consumer goods. Before that, they worked at Nestlé as a Trade Marketing specialist from October 2016 to September 2018, where they led the development and execution of B2B/trade marketing plans for various Nestlé brands. Citra also briefly worked at Zeemi in a marketing role in January and February 2015.

Citra Rufina Praditha holds a Master's degree in Hospitality Strategy & Digital Transformation, which they obtained from Les Roches between the years 2020 and 2022. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of Indonesia, from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Citra Rufina Praditha has also obtained several certifications, including OMCA™ Certification for Online Marketing Associate Test Prep from LinkedIn in January 2021, Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association in February 2021, and Google Analytics from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in December 2020.
