Guillaume Castagne has extensive work experience, beginning with an internship at Thales in 2010 as a Project Leader of a Lean Workshop. In 2011, they became a Consultant Analyst at KEPLER Consulting. The following year, they were a Research Analyst at Natixis Assurances and an Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company. In 2013, they were the VP Marketing - Regional head of affiliate marketing and RTB at Lazada Group. In 2014, they returned to Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant. In 2015, they became Co-founder & Global CEO at Vaniday. Finally, in 2018, they became Co-founder & CEO at Cove.
Guillaume Castagne completed a Specialized Master in Strategic Management at HEC Paris from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Industrial Engineering from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 2006 to 2011. In 2010, they attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology for Industrial Management and Economics.
