Matt Keir

Matt Keir is an accomplished sales director with extensive experience in the leisure and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Home Sales Director at Cove UK since December 2024, Matt previously held the position of Head of Ownership / Sales Support at Verdant Leisure Limited from November 2022 to December 2024. With a strong background in sales operations, Matt oversaw significant growth at Park Leisure 2000 Ltd. as Head Of Sales Operations from July 2017 to September 2022, achieving £35 million in new business sales and a 27% trading profit. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Wolseley UK, Principal Hayley Hotels, and Sky Betting & Gaming, encompassing responsibilities in P&L management, account management, recruitment, and CRM development. Education was completed at St Aidans C of E High School from 1998 to 2003.
