Ashton L. Finley

Ashton L. Finley, M.B.A. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ashton L. started their career as an Exception Specialist at US Xpress Enterprises Inc in 2011 and later worked as a Regional Account Representative and Operations Specialist. In 2013, they became a National Account Representative, managing accounts such as Lowes, Kimberly Clark, and Macy's. Ashton then transitioned to the role of Logistics Analyst, where they analyzed and coordinated logistical operations within the company. In 2014, they served as a Senior Human Resources Analyst before leaving the company.

In 2015, Ashton joined The Limited as a Sales Team Lead. Later that year, they began working at Covenant Transport Services, where they held various positions including Regional Load Planner and Engineered Load Planner. In 2017, they became the Planning Team Lead, responsible for overseeing load planning operations. In 2019, they were promoted to Operations Manager, where they delegated and planned load assignments while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. Ashton's most recent role at Covenant Transport Services is Director of Operations, a position they have held since March 2021.
