Michelle Charlesworth

Michelle Charlesworth is currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Covenant Care Canada and Covenant Living. Michelle also holds the role of Resident Experience Director at the same company. Michelle is involved with Accreditation Canada as a Surveyor since March 2021. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Alberta Health Services as an Area Manager from May 2006 to January 2019. Michelle attained their Masters of Health Studies from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alberta. Michelle also holds a Northern Nursing Diploma in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Aurora College in Yellowknife NT.
