Chasity Peavy

Chasity Peavy currently serves as a Patient Care Administrator at VITAS Healthcare, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Chasity has accumulated extensive experience at Covenant Care, Corp., where employment began in October 2012. During this time, Chasity progressed from the role of RN to RN Clinical Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and clinical expertise in patient care.
