Rere Ayeni is a seasoned structural engineer with extensive experience in aerospace and defense. Currently serving as a Structural Engineer IV at Sikorsky since November 2022, Rere previously held the position of Structural Analysis Engineer III at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, where involvement in the XQ58 Valkyrie Block II project emphasized composite and metallic design optimization. Prior experience includes roles as a Stress Analyst and Stress Engineer at Triumph Aerostructures - Vought Aircraft Division, contributing to the internal load generation for various aircraft certification projects. Rere holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and has a strong background in music, currently performing as a bassist for Covenant Church and previously directing youth music within the organization.
