Lucia Yuvaraj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and team development. Currently serving as VP at Covenant Consultants since June 2013, Lucia has actively contributed to skill enhancement and alignment with the organization's mission. Previous roles at Covenant included AVP, Sr. Manager, Manager, and Deputy Manager, where Lucia successfully rebuilt a high-performing team following a maternity break. As a mentor and leader, Lucia oversees a team of 15 recruiters, focusing on their growth and performance. Earlier professional experience includes roles at CBAZAAR and Infosys, combined with a strong educational background in Statistics and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Madras Christian College and Symbiosis, respectively.
