Sean Ruane

Sean Ruane, MAI, AI-GRS, is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly 20 years of experience in property appraisal, specializing in eminent domain and property tax challenge analyses. Currently serving as a Commercial Appraisal Analyst at SouthState Bank, Sean processes lender requests and conducts technical reviews of real estate appraisals. As Principal of Ruane Real Estate Services, LLC, expertise in various real property appraisals is utilized. In addition to real estate roles, Sean has played a significant role in the Bradfordville Volunteer Fire & Rescue, serving as a firefighter and former Chief, overseeing recruitment, training, and emergency responses. Previous positions include Real Estate Appraiser at Durrance & Associates and Diskin Property Research, where work focused on eminent domain litigation support, as well as property management roles at Kay Avenue Property Rental and Community Housing Partners. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University.
