Victor Simon ( LION )

Victor Simon (LION) has an extensive work history in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Victor began their career as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Covenant Consultants in November 2004 and steadily progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Lead, and Manager of Talent Acquisition. In May 2007, Victor became the Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition and was eventually promoted to Senior Manager and then AGM of Talent Acquisition. Victor held the position of Vice President of Human Resources from May 2013 to August 2021, after which they became the Senior Vice President for one year. Currently, they serve as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Covenant Consultants starting in April 2022.

Before joining Covenant Consultants, Victor worked as a Management Trainee at The Raj Palace Hotel in India from February 2001 to August 2001. Victor then served as the Resort Manager at Heera Groups of Hotels and Resorts from September 2001 to October 2004.

Throughout their career, Victor has gained valuable experience in human resources management and talent acquisition, showcasing their dedication and expertise in the field.

Victor Simon completed their primary and secondary education at St Anne's Matri Hr Sec School from 1984 to 1999. In 1999, they enrolled in Loyola College and obtained a diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management, focusing on tourism and management in the evening scholar program. Additionally, during the same period, Victor also studied management at the Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai, as a day scholar. Later, from 2001 to 2004, they attended Madurai Kamaraj University, where they pursued a degree in Business Management with a specialization in Management.
