Joseph Barnard

Joseph Barnard has held various positions over the past decade. Joseph began their career in 2010 as a Maintenance Technician at Lake of Dreams Campground. In 2013, they were promoted to District Manager at iCare Repair. In 2016, they joined Covenant Eyes as a Tier II Member Care Agent - Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Tier II team in technical expertise, bug tracking, resolving escalated technical issues, and solving day to day issues. Joseph also worked on special projects that amplified the value and impact of the Tier II team. Additionally, they held roles as a Tier 2 Customer Service Representive and a Customer Service Representative at Covenant Eyes.

Joseph Barnard attended Laingsburg High School from 2009 to 2013 and Lansing Community College from 2012 to 2015.
